HOTTY TODDY!!!

All right, so i moved into my dorm yesterday, adn it wasn't all that bad. Not the biggest room I've ever seen, but it'll be ok for two people. I'm still waiting for the fun part of college to kick in though. I went down to the square because we were told there was free pizza. We walked all over there:nothing. Either we missed it, or someone lied. I think someone lied. Now I'm sitting in the dorm, trying to find out what's going on tonight. Waiting for my roommate to get here, it should be soon. Probably going to the movies tonight to see GI Joe. I hope it's as good as everyone says because tickets are expensive. 7 dollars for a movie I could watch online in 3 days. What do they need 7 dollars for, in addition to the 5 dollar popcorn, 3.50 for drinks, 2 dollars for a candy bar, and all those comercials they force you to sit through before the movie starts. Arent' they rich enough yet. They must not know we're still waiting for Obama's recesson recovery plan to kick in. I know I am.

Twitter=Epic Failure

So I just logged onto my twitter today after about 2 months, and I realized something:nothing has changed! They haven't made it any better, and that just makes it worse. Here's the concept of twitter: you have followers, the equivalent of friends on myspace or facebook. You can tweet(is that right) them kind of how you can write on people's walls or profiles. But here's where it get's funny. You can follow someone, meaning your their friend, but they don't automatically follow you. So it's kind of like you consider them a friend because you want to know what they have to say, but they don't consider you a friend. Sounds like high school all over again to me. Also, you can't message somebody that you're following until they follow you. Some people won't follow people that they don't know. You can't tell them who you are without sending them a message. And you can't message someone unless they're following you. Sounds like a vicious circle to me(or is it cycle?). I don't know, maybe I thought that since it got promotion time on CNN(which I've always respected) I figured Twitter was worth checking out. Now I'm not so sure. It seems like a waste of my time, my email inbox, and a url. @Twitter: Let me have the URL, I'll do something with it. Ya follow me? That's all from The Kincannon Report

Welcome to the first blog on The Kincannon Report, dubbed thee in honor of Kincannon(aka KinCompton) Hall at the University of Mississippi(shout out to my fellow Rebels and dormmates). I'll be blogging on everything to do with Ole Miss, Kincannon, politics, music, movies, books, and just whatever's on my mind. If everything goes right, I'll be posting at least once a day, or the minute something interesting happens, so that the details don't get groggy and whatnot. I'll also be using this blog to promote my label, 5th Circuit Industries, and to network with possible artists. We're making major moves right now, so this is the time to get onboard. I'm going to see if there's away to let my readers post videos on the blog, so you can share your opinion with me, or maybe post up a cool video of yourself or someone else. That's it for now.
